Please get your reservation confirmation number for sure, consisting of all details requested by you, if you are not having the reservation confirmation number with you, we can’t able to confirm you’re booking.
In case of any cancellation, please do get your cancellation confirmation number for sure, to avoid any retention charges thereafter, verbal confirmations will not be entertained.
Even confirmed by any of the representative from reservation team and/or higher authority telephonically, please get a cancellation confirmation number at your e-mail or on your mobile by SMS for secure reference.
It is sole responsibility of the booker to get the reservation cancellation number. Failing to share reservation cancellation number would attract retention charges as per hotel policy and management will not be liable to refund any amount charged under retention head.
As per the Government directives it is mandatory for all Indian Nationals to present their ID proof at the time of Check-in, which can be in form of Indian passport, Driving license, UID (AADHAAR) Card or Voter ID Card issued by Govt. of India. Failing which hotel reserves the right of refusal.
Presenting PAN Card will also need any of the above additional ID as a mandate reference of guest address. Failing which hotel reserves the right of refusal.
As per the Government directives it is mandatory for all Foreign National and NRIs to present their valid Passport and Visa Details consisting of permission to render stay in India. Failing which hotel reserves the right of refusal.
These all above IDs are to be shared in ORIGINALS.
Check-in at 14:00 HRS and Check-out 12:00 HRS.
Late Check-out between 12:00 HRS-14:00HRS will attract half day charge (will be calculated on the published tariff) and full day tariff will be applicable after 14:00, (Subjected To Availability).
Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and is reserved with sole discretion of management.
Credit Card details required at the time of booking.
For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.
For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are released 24 hours before the Check- in Date.
Advance deposit of minimum 50% of the booked amount is mandatory before processing of Check-In formalities takes place and entire balance payment has to be paid before processing of Check-Out formalities take place.
It is hereby informing you that our Credit Limit of staying guest is INR 10,000.00. Therefore, it’s a request to make the due payment clear whenever your Credit Balance for your room will exceed INR 10,000.00 during the –stay.
Children below 03 (three) years can stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges and without extra bed. Child above 03 (three) years is taken as an adult.
Government approved child age proof may required at the time of Check-in only, failing to submit the age proof, child will be treated as above 03 (three) years of age. And extra adult charges will be laid on the room per night.
Please note that any guest above 03 (three) years staying in the room will attract extra adult charges irrespective of the choice to place extra bed in the room or not, it is solely your comfort level to avoid placing extra bed in the room.
These charges are concerned to extra adult and not for extra bedding.
Full amount will be refunded subject to cancellation minimum of 72 hours prior to date of booking, 50% refund between 48-24 hours of arrival. No refund after this period.
No refunds shall be made for short stay, un-availed facilities or part for any services not provided due to technical unused nights or other reasons beyond our control.
For bookings holding more than four rooms will be treated as group and need to be cancelled by One Twenty (120) days from the date of arrival. No refund after this period.
We do not allow pets.
Any membership referring any discounts are subjected to Management discretion and all membership referring to discount factor are mandatory to be shared in original at the time of Check-Inn or otherwise once the bills are raised there will be no provision for discounts entitled.
It is sole responsibility of the guest to share the discount entitlement card in favor to avail the card benefits as available and authorized by hotel management.
We accept payment by cash, by selected Credit/Debit Cards and/or by online transfers only (until reflected in our account it is treated as not received).
It is mandatory to quote PAN number for any single or consolidated bill equal or above INR 50,000.00.
Bookings supported by Credit Card / Debit Card are subjected to be charged by INR 1.00 to verify the card details and avoid discrepancies at later stage.
In order to maintain a safe environment, The Cabbana Resort & Spa prohibits the outside food & beverage including packed snacks, packed food items, liquor bottles, soft bevergaes including soda, soft drinks, juices, energy drinks etc. or other containers for the purpose of transporting food and beverage on property. In addition, all outside food and beverage is also prohibited.
The Cabbana Resort & Spa reserves the right to confiscate any items considered a violation of this policy without compensation.
